Competition alert
We had another lively meeting at Bargarran yesterday. Myra led the discussion on how we want to take the club forward, Joan read the minutes from the S.A.W. delegates meeting. We even had time after all that for some great readings from Kathleen, Marjorie and Myra.

The Independent Travel Competition.
Write a travel article and win a trip to Kyrgyzstan. The Independent On Sunday will publish the winning entry and offer a commission for a 1200 word article based on the winner’s prize holiday.
The closing date is noon on Friday 16th May 2008. The short listed entrants will be invited to the prize-giving ceremony at Stanfords in London on Tuesday 22 July 2008.
