This weeks meeting was open manuscripts. We heard a variety of readings. Jeannie read a chapter from the novel she is writing entitled 'Adults and how to survive'. Joan read a poem she had based on Achilles. She also read 'Extract from Linda Hall's work diary'. Joyce read 'Farewell my Friend'. Kate had provided her children's short story 'All is well' read by Irene. John read his poem on 'The Midge'. Sandra concluded with her letter to Creative Scotland written in 2016 about her experience at The Bute Book Festival.
